Okay, enough with that. We have lost a plover for the night, Lulu not feeling well at this point. But we have added to the nest as Pat and Bob Bridgeman have arrived. Gonna have a nice dinner of a 10 lb filet mignon, baked potatoes, salad and Sally's popovers. Still have at least 8 bottles of red wine.

Mrs. DC Plover down for the count after only 3 chardonnays during the Winter Classic. Ha. I tried just about every brew Goose Island had to offer. Too bad the Hawks lost.
Now trying to figure out where to find an open restaurant on New Year's Day somewhere in the Loop.
